Debra was born in Cleburne, Texas on November 5, 1967, the daughter of Doris McPherson Riddle and W. T. Riddle. She married John Estep on May 22, 1993 in Glen Rose, Texas. She was a CPA with Gilliam, Wharram and Co., P. C. in Cleburne, Texas. Debra was a member of the Glenview Church of Christ in Glen Rose.
She was preceded in death by her father, W.T. Riddle.
Debra was survived by her husband, John Estep of Grandview; daughters, Katie and Shelby Estep, both of Grandview; mother, Doris Riddle of Nemo, Texas; brother, Billy Riddle and wife, Jill, of Nemo; sisters, Donna Basinger and husband, Doug, of Glen Rose and Diane Riddle of Nemo; father and mother in-law, Elbert and Betty Estep of Plains, Texas; brother-in-law, Dean Estep and wife, LeAnn, of Quinlan, Texas; nephew, Jake Riddle, wife, Nicole and their two children, all of Nemo; and niece, Seraphie Hammond of Benbrook, Texas.
