Harold E. Hardage, 60, a retired Bell Helicopter supervisor, died Thursday, November 13, 1997, in Fort Worth after a lengthy bout with emphysema.  He was born on October 4, 1937 in Slick, Oklahoma to Henry E. Hardage and Opal Hardage.  He left Sand Springs Oklahoma in 1955 to enlist in the U.S. Navy.  He was a veteran of the Korean war.  After 3 years in the service, he moved to Fort Worth where he met and married the former Sandy Sue Orr of Glen Rose.  Together they raised their 2 children in the DFW area. He was a member of Shady Oaks Baptist church in Hurst and the Hurst Masonic Lodge.  We was survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandy Sue Orr Hardage of Colleyville; son, Mark Hardage of Flower Mound; daughter Vicki Sue Smith of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Dawn L. Hardage, Samantha Jo Hardage, John Darrell Smith and Cassidey Smith; brothers Donald B. Hardage of Colleyville, and Dwain Hardage of Sand Springs Oklahoma; sisters Elaine Vaughn and Wilma Jones, both of Sand Springs; and numerouse nieces, nephews and a host of friends.  He will be remembered with much love and affection.
