Bessie Juanita Dink married Roy V. Jones on January 10, 1940 in Ft. Worth, TX. They moved to Houston until WWII, when she moved back to Ft. Worth while he served in the Army Air Corps. When he returned in 1945, they moved back to Houston. In 1982, they relocated to Blum, TX.
Dink was a member of United Methodist Church in Blum, and was very involved with the Blum Volunteer Fire Department and Blum Community Center. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Dink was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Una Cavasos, Lillian Wren and brother, Jim Whitt.
She was survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Roy V. Jones of Blum. She was also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many wonderful friends who loved her dearly. She will be greatly missed by all.
